Memory Bear…

Looking to treasure those sentimental moments? Memory bears offer a perfect way to capture those milestones. We use clothing pieces like school uniforms, baby clothes, a blanket, or a shirt to craft a keepsake you can cherish for a lifetime. Commemorate your most significant milestones by creating memories that you can share with your children as they grow older.

Instead of hiding special items in a memory box, why not have a memory bear sitting on a shelf in a room? This way, you can instantly remember those magical memories whenever you see it.


How it works…

  1. Firstly you need to place the order.
  2. Then decide which items you would like made into the memory bear. (Details on quantity are below)
  3. We will contact you with the address of where to send the items. 
  4. We will let you know when we have received the items.
  5. Here we can discuss any of your requests on the placement of the items and build a visual look of the bear.
  6. From here we will stitch the bear together with lots and love and care. We can send a progress picture or leave it up to surprise, it is up to you.
  7. We will beautifully box up the bear and any extra items which we have not used. Then arrange delivery back to you. The bear will be sent tracked so we can make sure they get home safely!

Extra details…

We can add a date or a short name to the bear leg paw(s) at no extra cost. If you are interested in this please contact us. Please note that only short names or a date can be added as the bear's paw due to the size of the paw.

Items to be sent

For a school memory bear you will need a minimum of two items. That can be a combination of a jumper and polo shirt or dress and jumper. 

For a baby clothing memory bear you will need a minimum of 8 baby grows/sleepsuits. This is a minimum so if you have a special jacket or top you want to be included then send these with the item. 

For a adults memory bear you will need at least one shirt or trousers. If there are more items you want included then these can be. 

For a blanket memory bear. Send at least the special blanket and any other special items you want to be included.

Please note that these are rough guides. There is no maximum amount of items to be used. If you have any concerns then send more items and the items not used will be sent back. We will work with you to make sure the specialist items are included.

Delivery

The items will need to be sent by you to the address provided. This postage cost will need to be covered by you. Once we have received the items we will let you know.

The bear will take 3-4 weeks to be made once items have been received. 

The complete bear and any extra clothes not used (not damaged) will be sent tracked free of charge to you. The parcel will be tracked to make sure the bear arrives back home safely.
